Returns & Refunds Policy

60 Day Returns

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

For returns due to a change of mind, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all included accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Used products are not eligible for a change of mind return. This restriction does not apply to claims involving defective, damaged or incorrect products.

How to Request a Return

Email hushnrest@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please include photos showing the issue.

Contact us before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send returns to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged or incorrect products: Hushnrest will cover the return shipping cost. Contact us first so we can arrange the return.

Change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and keeping your shipping receipt.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, email hushnrest@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental punctures or improper care is not considered a product defect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping costs paid by you for a change of mind return are not refundable.

Exchanges
